Every other month on a Friday night, State of Bavaria China Office, German Enterprise Centre Qingdao and Deutsch-Chinesischer Treffpunkt Qingdao  jointly hold a business exchange event for the German business community in Qingdao, inviting representatives of enterprises and institutions to share their topics and professional presentations, as well as to exchange ideas for dinner.

德国巴伐利亚州驻中国代表处、青岛德国企业中心和青岛中德国际客厅每隔一个月的周五晚上在青岛举办一次青岛德国商界商务交流活动，邀请企业和机构代表做主题分享和专业介绍，并进行晚餐交流。

The first event of the year will be held on January 19 at the German Enterprise Centre Qingdao. The organisers invited Sebastian Wiendieck, Head of Legal Department at Rödl & Partner China, who will give us an outlook on “What to expect in 2024 from the Legal Perspective”: While the focus will be on the expected simplifications in international data transfer, he will also look at the new anti-spy law, and the revised company law that will bring several practical changes for companies from 1 July 2024, as well as briefly touch on the simplifications in immigration, legalization of German official documents and tax law. 

今年第一期活动将于1 月 19 日在青岛德国企业中心举行，组织方邀请了 Rödl & Partner China 法律部门负责人 Sebastian Wiendieck做专业分享，他将介绍“从法律角度看 2024 年的预期”：重点将介绍国际数据传输的简化和新修订的反间谍法。此外，还会介绍修订后的《公司法》从 2024 年 7 月 1 日起会带来哪些变化，并简要涉及移民的简化、德国官方文件的合法化和税法相关内容。

After the presentations, the event will be followed by a dinner and networking at the Bitburger restaurant next to the German Enterprise Centre Qingdao.

主题分享后，活动将在青岛德国企业中心旁边的 Bitburger 餐厅进行晚餐交流。
